Acceptable use

You agree to use Curate My Colors only for personal, non-commercial outfit organisation. You will not upload content that infringes on anyone's intellectual property, depicts illegal activity, or is otherwise abusive.

Your content

You own everything you upload. By uploading, you grant us the limited right to store and process it to provide the service to you. We claim no other rights over your content.

Account termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a material change, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
